You’ll need:

  • 250 grams green prawns (shelled & deveined)
  • 250 grams Huon Atlantic salmon (cubed)
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 250 grams thin spaghetti


Cook spaghetti in pot of boiling water. In heavy frypan heat olive oil, add garlic cook for a minute or two, just until the garlic begins to show some colour. Add salmon and prawns, cook for a further two or three minutes until seafood is lightly cooked, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Add cooked spaghetti to the frypan with half the parsley, mix well.

Serve and garnish with more parsley and a couple of lemon wedges. Enjoy.
