You’ll need:

  • ½ kilo of shelled green prawns
  • ½ cup chives
  • ½ cup shallots
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 grams softened butter


It’s very, very easy this one. All you need to do is combine ingredients and fry up for 6 or 7 minutes.
Start with hot olive oil, add butter and garlic. Then prawns and chives, shallots, paprika and salt and pepper.
Best served with rice.
