HLS Productions is the creator of Australia’s favourite fishing show, Hook, Line and Sinker. Broadcast Saturdays at prime time across regional Australia on Southern Cross TEN, Southern Cross Network and also on pay television, Hook, Line and Sinker attracts a loyal audience of around 300,000 viewers every week.

Now in its 8th season, each year we produce 22 half-hour episodes – filmed at Australia’s unique and most appealing fishing destinations. Filmed in high definition format, Hook, Line and Sinker is a successful mix of humour, light entertainment, destination promotion and informative contributions from local fishing experts across Australia.

The show’s popular hosts, Nick Duigan and Andrew Hart, are seasoned television professionals who have retained their endearing appeal as down-to-earth “Aussie blokes” who love to fish, and love to laugh.

HLS Productions draws on the success of Hook, Line and Sinker and our television industry expertise to offer a range of additional services to a broad customer base. R&K Crawford Pty Ltd are the executive producers of Hook, Line and Sinker. Headed by Richard Crawford, R&K Crawford Pty Ltd is a private consulting firm that was established to provide marketing and commercial services to private and public sector clients.

Richard Crawford was co-founder of Hobart’s multi award-winning Henry Jones Art Hotel and a director of other successful former business interests including Tas Vacations and Thrifty Car Rental Tasmania. Richard was a director of the Tourism Industry Council of Tasmania for 6 years and is today a board member of the Tasmanian Skills Institute, Tennis Tasmania, and the Waterfront Business Community Inc. Richard is a previous winner of the Minister’s Award for Young Achiever at the Tasmanian Tourism Awards and was named Young Manager of the Year at the Tasmanian Business Leaders Awards.

Richard Crawford is a dynamic Tasmanian who has established and grown successful businesses, occupies high-level board positions, provides business consultancy services and proudly performs the role of executive producer for Hook, Line and Sinker.
