We’re happy to announce our first DVD winner for the year is …. Noelene Jackson. Congrats Noelene – not only were you THE FIRST entry for 2009, but you also seem to appreciate that fishing’s not always about the destination (i.e. big fish!), but more about the fun you have getting there!
